Xavien Howard Wiki – Xavien Howard Biography
Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is being sued for more than $100,000 for allegedly making secret sex videos and sharing them in an “intentional, scandalous and reckless act.” The 30-year-old is accused of taking photos and videos of sexual encounters with a former partner and then sending them to other women to make them “mad because (they) didn’t want to have sex with him.” In the lawsuit, filed in May and seen by DailyMail.com, his behavior is described as “beyond all bounds of decency… (and) regarded as hateful and absolutely intolerable.” The anonymous woman claims that last September she was contacted by someone who claimed to have “several sexually explicit videos” sent by Howard that showed him “having sex with various women.” Some of the ‘terribly devastating’ videos ‘directly identify’ the accuser and ‘show full length, rough sex’ with the NFL star. The videos were recorded and disseminated ‘without consent’.

Then, in April of this year, she is said to have been contacted by a woman who sent her ‘several other sexually explicit photographs and videos of nude women’ – ‘recently’ sent by Howard, ‘again to anger her that she didn’t have sex with him’. .’ The accuser appeared in one of the images, which was “taken and disseminated without his knowledge or consent” of him and came after Howard received a cease and desist letter in October 2022. As a result of the intentional acts,’ the lawsuit says, the plaintiff ‘has suffered and continues to suffer mental pain, mental anguish, emotional pain, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, humiliation, damage to his reputation’. It adds that Howard was “so reckless” that his “pattern” behavior “constituted a conscious indifference to or reckless disregard for the safety and rights” of the woman. The lawsuit claims the 30-year-old man “engaged in this behavior for the purpose of embarrassing, harassing, and/or manipulating.”
Howard, from Houston, played college football at Baylor and was later drafted by the Dolphins in the second round of the 2016 NFL draft. Last year he agreed to a new five-year contract, worth an average of $17.86 million per year. In March, a woman who alleged Howard had knowingly given her genital herpes withdrew the lawsuit. “The anonymous accuser who sued my client for transmitting genital herpes has definitively withdrawn what we have shown to be a fabricated claim,” the player’s attorney said at the time. Xavien Howard never had genital herpes in the first place; the entire basis of his claim was a literal impossibility. However, his accuser made defamatory, absurd and willfully false statements, as one of several (unsuccessful) attempts to extort him. “Xavien is considering various legal actions against this manufacturer and hopes that those who upheld his fabricated claims by reporting them will also report exonerating Xavien.”
