Weng Sor, 62, a convicted man who ran over at least eight people during a frenzy lasting more than an hour in Brooklyn, was charged with murder on Tuesday, February 14. ‘Emotionally disturbed’
Among the victims, two are in critical condition, two are in serious condition and four suffered minor injuries. Weng Sor’s son has now claimed that his father was “emotionally distraught” and homeless at the time of the incident and often did not take his medication.
