A fundraiser described her as the “most beautiful and sweetest little girl” who “gained her angel wings in a way that parents only think about in their worst nightmares.” Neighbors remembered workers racing around earlier, begging for aid in finding the toddler as cops raced to the scene.

Died after disappearing from Cobourg daycare was ‘sweetest little girl’
“We started looking immediately, checking our backyards, everywhere,” said Greg Gotthelf, who lives across the street from the daycare, which is located near a busy two-lane highway. According to the Ministry of Education, Watch Me Grow is completely licensed and has no history of major issues. “We were deeply saddened to learn of a child’s death and extend our heartfelt condolences to their family and loved ones,” stated a ministry official.
