Twiglet, a miniature dachshund snatched from his Essex home by a hammer-wielding masked intruder has been reunited with his owners after a public outcry led to a notice.
Twiglet describes herself as “a bit off” after her ordeal, in which she was robbed during a robbery in Saffron Walden around 3pm. on Wednesday.
