Toby’s older sister, Lucy Speller, told how he had suffered from mental health problems in the past. Ms. Speller told Kent Online: “He might be the life and soul of the party, but we knew he had mental health issues. “He was taking antidepressants, but we never thought he would end up like this. We are all heartbroken. Once you met Toby, you could never forget him. He was that kind of personality. He made an impact on everyone he met and was always there for you if you needed a rant, a shoulder to cry on, or especially if you needed someone to help you down the drinks.
