She was transferred to a hospital in London, where she died from her injuries on Monday evening (May 8). Terry Beaton, of Groveherst Road in Dartford, was detained on May 9 and accused of having a Smith & Wesson pistol in his possession. The 28-year-old was also charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply, driving while disqualified, and without insurance.

Charged with firearm possession after fatal shooting in Dartford
He was remanded in custody to appear in Medway Magistrates’ Court today (May 11). On May 9, Kent Police announced that a 29-year-old man was transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound and is still in serious condition. According to the police, he is being treated as a suspect, and the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate is leading the inquiry.
According to a Kent Police spokesperson, “a man from Dartford has been charged in connection with the possession of a firearm.”Terry Beaton was detained in the Marine Drive neighborhood on Tuesday, May 9th. He was later charged with possessing a restricted firearm, a Smith & Wesson revolver, before the 5th of May. “The 28-year-old man was also charged with possessing cannabis with the intent to supply, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance.”Mr. Beaton, of Groveherst Road, Dartford, was remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 11th.”
