Beatriz Martinez, whose daughter filmed the fight, told NBC affiliate NBCDFW, “I was devastated.” I was like, I can’t watch the entire video. I had to pause it several times because I didn’t believe it was genuine. This had to be a joke, I thought. This is not true.” According to the irate parent, some pupils left the location bloodied, and it is unknown whether they suffered any major injuries. “Who is this person in their right mind?” Because I not only trust my child to attend school, but I also trust the personnel to keep my children safe. Martinez reported that her daughter was afraid of being assaulted because students in the classroom screamed out names of other pupils to fight. Martinez’s daughter, on the other hand, was “saved by the bell” when the lesson ended.
