Natalie Bennett Wiki – Natalie Bennett Biography

Natalie Bennett, 47, tried to hit Kasey Anderson in the head while she called for help in her neighbor’s driveway on March 11 of this year. Liverpool Crown Court heard how Bennett told police she arrived at her home on Carr Lane East in Croxteth “like this”. Richard Pratt KC previously recalled that Bennett’s neighbors “heard raised voices” coming from the property around 5:30 p.m. About 45 minutes later, Mr. Anderson was “hitting and kicking the door,” he said. The occupants were described as “frightened by the disturbance” and called the police. He also dialed 999 while he was seriously injured on the doorstep of his house to report that he had been stabbed. Anderson “repeatedly told the operator that he was dying,” but added that he “didn’t know who had stabbed him or where they were.” Many of his answers were said to be “incoherent”, the Liverpool Echo reports.

The call operator could hear Bennett’s voice in the background and asked to speak to her, at which point she “effectively took over the call.” She told the operator that Mr Anderson had “stab wounds all over” which he believed were “a little deep”. But the defendant claimed that she did not know who had stabbed him and said: “He came in like that.” It was later discovered that he had suffered superficial cuts to his neck, right shoulder, lower back and left forearm, as well as a “superficial” stab wound to his lower right leg. But Anderson had also suffered a “deep stab wound” to the chest, which damaged his left lung and his heart. After being rushed to Aintree Hospital, he underwent “what was expected to be life-saving surgery” but died 20 days later, in the early hours of March 31, just over a week before what would have been his 25th birthday on April 8.

Investigation Report

Pratt said: “The medical evidence suggests that this was not just a knife strike, but one of several wounds. “The slash wounds may have been superficial in nature and the stab wound to the leg may have been shallow, but together they demonstrate a concerted attack which provides the background to the fatal chest wound. Our case is that Natalie Bennett lied.” to the operator because he knew very well what he had done and had no excuse for it.” Pratt said Ring doorbell footage recovered from the neighbor’s home showed Bennett “pointing a knife at the distraught and injured Mr. Anderson’s head” with his right hand and “using it to strike Kasey Anderson in the head or neck.” “let alone keep it close to your head.” She added: “We therefore suggest that she continued to demonstrate hostility towards him even after learning that she had stabbed him in the chest.” When officers arrived, she again claimed that he had arrived at her house “like that” and stated that the first time she saw him that night was when she heard him banging on her next-door neighbor’s house.

Crime scene investigators later discovered a lock of hair on the floor of the house, which appeared to have been “forcibly removed” from his head. Meanwhile, “several sharp instruments” were found in the kitchen sink, “apparently at least soaked in water” and free of blood, while the address was said to “smell strongly of cleaning fluids.” Bennett claimed during her trial that she had stabbed Mr Anderson in self-defense of her once after he attacked her. She told the jury from the stand: “He kicked me and I flew there, into the kitchen, and peed myself.” She was told to the court that she was left “on the floor next to the sink” before she “grabbed the knife from her side”. Bennett described how she “hit” him with the gun “because she was afraid, afraid of Kasey” and “what he was going to do.”

She claimed that she had aimed a swing with the sword “only once”, after which Mr Anderson “was just screaming” and “they ended up outside for some reason”. Her defense lawyer, Stanley Reiz KC, asked: “What did he intend to do?” Bennett responded: “Not hurting him like that anyway, no chance. Not doing that. I loved him. I still do. I was scared. I wouldn’t hurt him, no chance. I still love him. Not a day goes by.” past where it doesn’t hurt me inside to think about it.” Members of Mr Anderson’s family shouted “yes” and burst into applause when the verdict was pronounced. Two jurors were also seen crying. Kasey’s aunt, Denise Anderson, was heard saying “justice for my son” as she left the courtroom. Bennett will be sentenced on November 10. Judge Denis Watson KC told her: “She has been found guilty of murder, for which there can be only one sentence: life imprisonment.”
