From a very young age, Buckham-White was a gifted athlete, excelling in football and track. He had been a member of the Columbia College football team, where he excelled as a defensive back. In his freshman year, he was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week twice, then earned All-Ivy honors as a junior. Off the field, he was an exceptional student, majoring in computer science and economics and earning a spot on the dean’s list. After graduating from high school, Buckham-White was recruited to play soccer at Columbia College. He quickly made a name for himself on the field, earning accolades and awards for his outstanding performance as a defensive back. Off the field, he was equally impressive, earning straight A’s and immersing himself in extracurricular activities. He was a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and was involved in various community service initiatives.

Columbia Football took to social media channels to announce the passing of him and sent their condolences and condolences.
