The fatality has been linked to an ongoing search for a missing individual at Mugdock Country Park, according to authorities. A large-scale search is underway in Milngavie in East Dunbartonshire, with officers suspecting it is connected to the tragedy. Officers were observed swarming the woodland at 11 a.m. yesterday, along with a helicopter and dog units.
Images from the area show a big section of the park near an entrance cordoned off as the search continues. Officers are still on the scene at both locations today. We were made aware of concern for a woman at a property on Jura Street in Glasgow shortly after 8.40 am on Tuesday, April 25,” said Detective Chief Inspector Cheryl Kelly.
