Leo Rex Fitness YouTuber, best known for his penis enlargement videos, died in Thailand under mysterious circumstances at age 34.
Charles Anthony Hughes, 40, a friend of the YouTuber, whose birth name is Laith Abdallah Algaz, discovered the body after Algaz did not return phone calls from his friends, Viral Press reported. Hughes, known as Dr. Huge online, entered Algaz’s home in eastern Thailand using a spare key and found Algaz’s lifeless body in a bedroom. He immediately called the police.
Authorities said the Colorado expat was found lying face down in a black shirt and nothing more than the waist down. He was reportedly dripping blood from both his mouth and nose, according to authorities, who pronounced the vlogger dead at the scene. Meanwhile, Algaz’s apartment was in disarray, with papers and clothes strewn everywhere and the shelves and toilet in his bathroom demolished, as if in a raid. Police also found various drugs, including sleeping pills, steroids, cannabis, anxiolytics, and antidepressants.

Hughes said his friend often stayed at home in front of the computer while he used cannabis. Algaz’s friend, Aicha Humera Rattanaphan, 25, said “he lived alone in this room” and “he didn’t have many visitors. Before his death, Algaz had more than 123,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel, Leo and Longevity, where he frequently posted videos about exercise supplements. In his most popular tutorials, which have garnered thousands of views, the YouTuber divulges alleged manhood-enhancing secrets.
Police said he is reviewing the CCTV footage and has vowed to interview the suspects about the case. “We will question the victim’s friends and a woman who had stayed with him before he died,” said a local police captain, Sombat Kaewmulsuk, adding that the crime had not been ruled out.
He said: “It appeared there had been a disturbance in the room, so it is possible someone else was with him before he died or the victim was distraught in some way. However, Kaewmulsuk implored the public “not to jump to conclusions until a full examination has been carried out. Algaz’s body has been transported to a forensic center for an autopsy. The US Embassy in Bangkok was informed of his death so they could contact his relatives.
