Lacorvis Tamar Daley, 28, the suspect, who according to Orlando police shot at cops before they returned fire and killed him, is among the four persons who have died.
Lacorvis Daley, 28, is accused of killing three people inside a Parramore home early on Sunday morning, including a child and a teenager. 69-year-old Carole Fulmore, a 13-year-old girl named Damionna Reed, and a 7-year-old child named Cameron Bouie have been named as the victims.
At 2:25 a.m., according to OPD, police were sent to a residence near Parramore Avenue and Grand Street due to a domestic violence report. Police claimed that they heard gunfire before they arrived. Police Chief Eric Smith stated that the suspect “walked out of the house, walked towards the officers, shot at the officers, the officers returned fire, and the suspect fell.” After being brought to the hospital, the suspect, Daley, passed away. The three victims were discovered by police inside the house. After being transferred to the hospital, the 7-year-old passed away.

Neighbors Statement – Orlando deadly shooting, 4 killed
Just startled, I say. The neighbor who lives across the street from the house, Joanne Capel, expressed her amazement and astonishment. Capel admitted to knowing Fulmore, one of the victims, to WESH 2. “[Carole] called me at around 2:20; I didn’t answer. Call the cops, he’s firing, she texted me a minute later at 2:21. said Capel. I am 66 years old, and [she] was one of the loveliest individuals and best neighbors I have ever had.
Earlier that evening, Cecil Allen was in the area to watch his goddaughter attend prom. Allen said, “I ran up to see what was going on because they said that my godmother was in the house and I wasn’t sure what happened.” On Easter Resurrection Sunday, Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill described the situation as “tragic.” Three blocks away from the crime scene, Hill stopped to check on the residents of her district while preparing an Easter egg hunt for kids.
In an effort to establish a connection with the family, Hill said, “[I’m] trying to let them know that we have services available for them from housing to mental health or whatever needs they may have.” “I have no idea what is happening. Be aware of your surroundings and the people that are there in your home, Capel said. This murder was senseless.
Two of the officers who fired at the suspect in response were unharmed. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is looking into the shooting, and the officers are on paid leave.
According to OPD, body camera footage will be made public in 30 days.
