Lachelle Jordan, an Ohio EMT who recently told police she had “fears for her safety,” has vanished just two days before she was scheduled to testify in the rape trial of a man accused of stalking her.

Jordan told police last Thursday that Stennett, 65, “was watching her from his vehicle” as she left the same Fairport Avenue home that morning. Stennett was charged on Monday with one felony count of stalking menacing and one felony offense of breaking a protective order while committing a felony. He is being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail on a $100,000 bond. Jordan also reported being trailed by a female acquaintance of Stennett’s last month, who allegedly followed her on the freeway as she was leaving work and attempted to run her off the road.

Ohio EMT expected to testify in rape trial missing after she complained about stalkers
She said police believed the woman was attempting to keep her from testifying in Stennett’s rape case.
