Kyle Sambrook Wiki – Bio
Kyle Sambrook, from West Yorkshire, arrived in the Highlands on February 18 and intended to hike and camp wild, accompanied by his beagle named Bane.
Police said his body had been found in the area around 2:15 p.m. Saturday. The force added that there appeared to be no suspicious circumstances. The report will be delivered to the prosecutor. Sambrook had planned to ascend the 1,022 m (3,353 ft) Buachaille Etive Mòr mountain.

Body of missing walker and his dog found in Glencoe
A major search was launched when he did not return, involving Mountain Rescue Team volunteers from Glencoe, Lochaber, Oban, and RAF, as well as HM Coastguard. A Police Scotland spokesman said Sambrook’s family wished to thank everyone involved in the search and asked that their privacy be respected.
They added: “Our thoughts are with Kyle’s family as we stand with them through this difficult time.”
