Keilan Roberts Wiki – Bio
Keilan Roberts, 22, a young driver killed teenage Chloe Hayman, 17, in a traffic accident while under a cocktail of illegal drugs and alcohol, a court heard. He was accused of causing death while allegedly out of shape due to drink and drugs. Roberts, from Rhymney, has been granted bail to appear in Cardiff Crown Court next month.
Keilan Roberts allegedly used cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy before getting behind the wheel of his Skoda Octavia, in addition to exceeding the alcohol consumption limit. Passenger Chloe Hayman, 17, died in the crash last year after enjoying a night out with friends in south Wales. Roberts appeared before Newport Magistrates Court charged with four counts in the tragedy on a mountain road in Fochriw, Caerphilly.

Tributes to victim Chloe
Family and friends paid tribute to ‘beautiful’ Chloe, living in nearby Mountain Ash, who had posted selfies with friends online just hours before the tragedy. She was a passenger in the beige car when it crashed in July of last year. In a statement, the family said: “We cannot believe that our beautiful and loving daughter, a kind and caring sister of three little brothers, has been kidnapped so young.”
“From the day Chloe was born, she was a fiercely strong, determined girl who was beautiful inside and out. Chloe lived life to the fullest and brought so much joy and happiness to everyone’s lives. There was never a dull moment when Chloe was around. Chloe brought happiness and love wherever she went and she was loved by all who knew her, she will be sorely missed by all who knew her and had the chance to know her.” Our lives will never be the same without her. Her mother, Danielle Ohalloran, her father, Gavin Hayman, and her three younger siblings, Jac, 13, Joshua, eight, and Alfie, six, were comforted by friends and family.
