The man “always talked to her while she was walking her dog,” police said, but this time he reportedly said something that “upset” Robertson. That’s when she grabbed an “unsecured bag of dog feces” and pushed it into the man’s face, leaving “feces smeared on her face,” the document alleges. She then accuses Robertson of throwing the bag on the ground and storming off. She finally admitted to the unusual crime after police compared the doggie bag with ones Robertson had in her possession. The woman was charged with assault on a person over 65 years of age, a third-degree felony. Robertson pleaded not guilty to the charge.
