He was born on August 24, 1983, and spent the early 2000s in prison after being convicted of first-degree rape in McAlester, Oklahoma. According to the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry, McFadden was imprisoned for over 20 years before being released in October 2020.

When police searched the McFadden family home in connection with Ivy and Brittany’s disappearance on May 1, 2023, they discovered the bodies of seven people. According to ABC4, the sheriff’s office later confirmed that Ivy, Brittany, and McFadden were among those discovered, but the four other fatalities have yet to be identified.
Ivy and Brittany were last seen on April 29th, and an Amber Alert was issued just hours later, just hours before their bodies were discovered. According to FOX23, the missing girls were staying at McFadden’s house for a sleepover with his stepdaughter. McFadden was scheduled to appear in court on May 1 to face accusations of allegedly unlawful child pornography, according to FOX23.
