Jennifer Hawkins, 45, a cheerleading coach from Oklahoma, was arrested for allegedly having sex with her 16-year-old daughter’s ex-boyfriend more than 300 times, authorities said.
Jennifer Hawkins was arrested Wednesday on charges of second-degree rape and sexual assault after her five-year-old’s alleged sexual relationship with the teenager came to light. Detectives began investigating the Moore Public Schools cheerleading coach in January after the alleged victim, now 21, filed rape allegations against her, according to an affidavit obtained by Fox 25.

She told investigators that Hawkins first solicited him to have sex in 2017 when the sophomore was dating her daughter. She alleges that she had sex with Hawkins at her house almost every day during her lunch hour during her sophomore and junior years. The victim told police that she had sex more than 300 times from 2017 to 2022, according to court documents.
She provided authorities with text messages the couple had sent to each other, including ones in which Hawkins allegedly raged when the teen was “watching” other women, according to court documents. When questioned by detectives, Hawkins allegedly denied the allegations but later referred to their years-long relationship, police said.
“Jennifer at first denied having a sexual relationship with [him],” the affidavit reads. “Jennifer later admitted that she made a mistake and started crying and admitted to having a sexual relationship with [the former student].” Jennifer talked about [her] age of hers at the time they became sexual [16 years old] and how her relationship would seem strange or inappropriate to other people,” the presentation continued.
Hawkins was fired immediately after the allegations came to light in January, according to the Moore Public School district. Once we became aware of the situation, Hawkins was immediately terminated from his job at Moore Public Schools,” a district spokesperson said. The safety of MPS students and employees is our number one concern. MPS school officials will continue to assist law enforcement in their investigation of this matter.
