Jared M. Boyce, 28, of Utah, was one of 31 extremists detained last year when they were discovered in the back of a U-Haul van trying to disrupt and intimidate an LGBTQ pride event in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. According to court records obtained by Fox13, the FBI checked Boyce’s phone a month after his arrest and discovered photographs of youngsters performing s*x activities.

Patriot Front member facing 30 years for child porn charges
According to court filings, Boyce admitted to having the photographs and transmitting a snapshot of his genitals to a 16-year-old female. According to jail records, he has been detained in the Utah County jail since March 10. On Tuesday, he is set to be sentenced. Boyce is still facing misdemeanor criminal conspiracy charges in Kootenai County, Idaho. He is one of just six people charged in connection with the pride march event out of a total of 31.
According to Fox 13, only one of the six, Alexander Sisenstein, has been convicted. In November, he pled guilty to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to two years of unsupervised probation and a $500 fine. The Patriot Front — an organization formed in the aftermath the deadly “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Va. in 2017 — is designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
