Hussain Chehab Wiki – Hussain Chehab Biography
Hussain Chehab, 22, a former police officer who worked in schools has been jailed for a catalog of ‘vile’ child s*x crimes.
PC Hussain Chehab, who worked with the Met’s Safer Schools program, was found to be in possession of sexually explicit photos and videos of children. Some were as young as babies. A year before joining the force, 22-year-old Chehab posed as a 16-year-old Russian boy to target a boy on Instagram. He reached out to the 14-year-old girl and began a relationship with her. He later had sex with her in an abandoned factory despite her asking him to stop. Chehab, who was posted to a north London secondary school during his brief service at the Met, became jealous after the girl started seeing a new boyfriend.
Wood Green Crown Court heard that he then sent the boy nude photos that were seen by the boy’s mother. Chehab’s victim later told him that he was “suicidal,” but he never reported it to the police. Instead, a complaint from another young woman, which did not result in any charges, led to the seizure of her electronic devices containing sexually explicit photos and videos of children. Posts on a child abuse forum even showed that he had “instructed” others on how to groom children.

The only ones to blame here, Mr. Chehab, are you. Chehab, whose relatives were present in court, was jailed for a total of five years. During the earlier hearing in the same court in north London, no verdict was recorded on four additional charges of taking indecent photographs of a child, which the judge ordered left on his file.

Marion Smullen, the prosecutor, explained how Chehab groomed a girl
Marion Smullen, a prosecutor, explained how Chehab “deliberately” attacked the young woman after sending her a message on Instagram. She said: ‘Chehab would have been 18 at the time of the offenses. He pointed and deliberately groomed [the young woman]. He first got in touch when she messaged him on Instagram and pretended to be a 16-year-old boy from Russia. They met a week later and went to a park. He built a relationship and trust with him. Chehab was very manipulative. She pressured her to have sex with him. First, they had sex in an abandoned factory. He didn’t use protection. She asked him to stop, but he didn’t. Smullen said Chehab once recorded the girl performing oral sex on him and later shared it with others. He later told the 14-year-old girl that he had deleted all explicit photos and videos of her and invited her to check her phone. But Ms. Smullen told the court that the content was “hidden” behind a calculator app on her phone.

Chehab pleads guilty, Police Investigation Report
Chehab, who joined the Met in March 2020 and was attached to the Northern Area Commando Unit, was arrested in August 2021 and placed on restricted duty, before being suspended from duty in October of that year. But after admitting to his wrongdoing, he was fired by a misconduct panel earlier this month. Sarah Ellis, in mitigation, said Chehab had “voluntarily” completed online courses with the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, a charity that aims to prevent child abuse. He also received a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and a 10-year restraining order to protect his young victim, who attended court with a relative.
Detective Chief Superintendent Caroline Haines, the leader of the police in Enfield where PC Chehab served, said: ‘PC Chehab committed the vilest offenses and abused his position of trust in the most despicable manner. It remains incredibly confronting to see officers convicted and fired for such behavior, however, we are committed to rooting out officers outside our ranks and it is abundantly clear that PC Chehab has no place at the Met.” None of the images or messages found on Chehab’s devices were in any way related to the high school where he worked as a safer school officer.
