She said Weinstein became “very aggressive” and told her to get in the limo with Hung.
“I gave (Hung) a look like, ‘Can you help me?’ with my eyes,” said Ashley M. “She looked me in the eye and said, ‘Don’t worry. I will be with you all the time. He just wants to talk about projects.’”
Ashley M. said that although she was scared, she got into the limo with Weinstein because she was sure Hung would be with her. After the short 10-15 minute ride, the limo stopped at a hotel.
“I was worried, but I felt comforted that Bonnie was there … but she was asking me what was going on,” she said.
The trio entered the hotel with Weinstein leading them to a door. It was then that Ashley M. said that she realized that she was not going to a meeting room but to a private room.
“Harvey opened (the door) and went in, then I went in,” she said between sobs. “And Bonnie closed the door behind us.”
Weinstein immediately became aggressive and pushed her onto the bed, he said.
He took off her blouse and bra and also undressed, Ashley M.

Although Weinstein is not facing charges related to Ashley M., the law allows the prosecution to cross-examine witnesses to “prior bad acts” in sexual assault cases to show the defendant’s pattern of behavior, which could show intent.
