KSP claims that the Electronic Crime Branch’s investigation began after Johnson was found to be posting examples of child exploitation online. This investigation resulted in a search warrant being obtained for a Livermore residence on Monday, where tools used to commit the crime were found and analyzed, according to KSP. The investigation is continuing and Johnson is being held at the Muhlenberg County Jail, WEVV reports.

Johnson is currently charged with thirty counts of possession of material depicting a sexual performance by a child under 12, one count of first degree sexual assault, victim under 12, twenty counts of promoting a child under 16 years on a sexual performance and an incest charge – incapable of consent. She was arrested and booked into the Muhlenberg County Detention Center, according to reports.

Court records say Childers had “hundreds of thousands of images and videos of child pornography, [including] depictions of children under the age of 12 engaging in sexually explicit activity.” Childers will receive a sentence on May 8 and could spend up to 20 years behind bars for each conviction count.
