Geraint Davies, 63, the party has suspended a senior Labour MP following complaints of inappropriate behaviour towards women in Parliament.
According to Politico, Geraint Davies the MP for Swansea West, showed ‘unwanted sexual attention’ to five women. The married father of two girls was stripped of the Labour whip this morning, joining a growing number of independent MPs in the Commons. These are quite serious charges of utterly reprehensible behaviour,’ said a Labour Party spokesman. ‘We strongly encourage anyone who has a complaint to contact the Labour Party’s investigation. ‘Throughout the process, any complainant will have access to an independent support service that will give discreet and independent guidance and advice from external experts.’

Geraint Davies: Labour MP expelled for alleged inappropriate behaviour
Mr Davies disputes the charges levelled against him. He served as the MP for Croydon Central from 1997 to 2005 until being elected to his present seat in 2010. He was the head of the Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs Select Committee for a short time last year after Tory Neil Parish resigned after admitting to glancing at pornography on his phone during a Commons discussion. Women who spoke to Politico claim he cheated on them in pubs on the Parliamentary estate and after late-night Commons votes.
One was only 19 years old at the time. I don’t recognise the charges made and have no idea who made them,’ Mr Davies said in a statement. As far as I know, none of them have been filed as complaints with the Labour Party or the parliament. If I have unwittingly offended someone, I am deeply sorry; it is critical that we maintain an environment of mutual and equal respect for all.’
