The death has stunned the Boston Edison Historic District neighborhood, and many people are questioning who is to blame. “This is so insane, and I hate that it’s come to this,” a woman told Local4. “Devon has been in this area for a very long time, and a lot of people know Devon because he’s hosted so many things for people to come by.”
