Lobo drives wildly down the street as the officer holds on to the door before being thrown from the car and skidding down the street for several meters. The officer suffered minor injuries, according to police. The officer was seen immediately getting up from the ground as he ran towards the police car. The two chased Lobo down the block before the video cut off. The attacker was arrested a day later at a Union Street residence and taken into custody. Lobo was detained by the officer who he dragged down the street, according to police. He was booked into the state police barracks in Middleboro. He is wanted for assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and trafficking in fentanyl, among other charges, according to state police. Douglas reposted the video to his Facebook page and said he and the other officer “fortunately were not injured during the incident.” The Post has contacted the Massachusetts State Police for comment.
