Many of his victims had never visited a medical professional before encountering Clark, according to Fox 4, and did not understand what was supposed to happen during a gynecological treatment, much less basic sex education. In some cases, the parents of their victims were even present during the attacks. One victim said Clark’s behavior changed depending on whether his parents were in the room. Another described feeling “very uncomfortable” after Clark, who worked without gloves, administered her “pelvic treatment,” but that it was not until adulthood that she realized what had happened to her. A third told investigators that Clark placed suction cups on her sinuses to treat nasal congestion. His behavior even raised eyebrows among his staff: One employee recalled Clark saying, “The first few times you do this, you’ll get stiff” as he used a model of female genitalia to demonstrate how to perform a pelvic exam. Clark’s lurid habits supposedly extended to his hobbies as well. When the FBI raided his home in June 2022, they found the draft of a novel about a doctor who makes a house call to a woman but becomes aroused by her while he treats her. A letter was also discovered on his computer written from the perspective of a father who fantasizes about an incestuous relationship.
