Daniella, 7, and Indiana, 5, two sisters who had been missing for three days have been found safe and sound.
Indiana, 5, and Daniella, 7, were found Tuesday afternoon after a desperate search. South Australia Police did not release any further information but thanked the public for their help. The little sisters had last been seen around 11 am on Saturday at their home in west Adelaide. The girls were on a four-hour supervised visit with their mother on Saturday morning but did not return.
Their stepmother, Stephanie Mende, desperately called for help before they were found. This is the scariest thing any parent could go through,” Ms. Mende told 9News. This is the most worrisome and worrying state we’ve ever been in.” The mother-of-five had made multiple pleas on social media for help finding the two girls. Can you all help us find our babies?’ she said.
“If anyone knows where they are or where they might be, please contact [the police].”

Four children were abducted by a man
Last year, in August 2022, four children who were abducted by a man from a property in central Queensland, Australia, were discovered alive. According to a police statement, the three girls, ages 3, 7 and 8, and the 4-year-old boy, who had been missing for almost 24 hours, were taken home.
Authorities claimed a Caucasian man named Joshua Carter, who had a prominent facial tattoo of the “Joker” and a long beard, was observed driving away with the four children in a white 2005 Nissan Patrol 4WD with Queensland registration number 063BC9. While he pointed out that they probably hadn’t traveled very far because they had returned so early this morning, Inspector Draheim stated that it is still unknown where Joshua took the 4 children during the night.
