Curtis Harrison, 32, the suspect, an escaped prisoner has taunted police by saying he will turn himself in to claim the £500 reward offered for his arrest.
Sussex Police have offered £500 for information leading to the arrest of 32-year-old Curtis Harrison, who was jailed for breaching a restraining order. The 32-year-old, who has links to Uckfield, Crawley, and Tunbridge Wells, breached the terms of his release. Sussex Police posted a wanted poster on their official Facebook page showing Harrison’s mugshot and details on how to contact police with information leading to his arrest.

Crawley man offers to collect reward for his own arrest by Sussex Police
An account using Harrison’s name and photographs posted a public comment below the post, which read: “I’ll gladly collect £500.” Another comment of his read: “Pay me the £500 which I will hand over myself,” reports ITV. The broadcaster also reported that another user on the platform commented directly on the account, saying, “Curtis Harrison, I’ll make a deal with you.” Tell me where you are and I’ll give you the £500, I promise. Curtis is said to have then replied, ‘No, you have pictures of cats.’ Some comments have since been deleted from the post, and it remains unclear if the wanted man is still on the run. Sussex Police have been contacted for comment. Harrison has been described by police as white, approximately 5’10”, and of medium build. He has dark hair and facial hair.
