According to authorities, a 23-year-old suspect, Connor Sturgeon, has been identified in the shooting that killed four people and injured nine others, including two police officers, in Louisville, Kentucky.
According to Louisville Metro Police Department Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey, Connor Sturgeon entered the Old National Bank in downtown Louisville around 8:30 a.m. on Monday and began the fire. Three of the injured, including Wilt, are in critical condition, three have been released, and three are in non-critical condition, according to police. It is still unknown what motivated Sturgeon to shoot.
He worked as a Syndications Associate and Portfolio Banker with Old National Bank in Louisville, according to his LinkedIn profile. In April 2022, he finished the ONB Commercial Banking Development Training Program.
