Chanella Chalker, 14, from Brisbane, was last seen getting into a large sedan at KFC Marsden in Logan in her school uniform at 2.30pm on Wednesday. She was reported missing when she did not return home from school, prompting a police investigation, with family and friends extremely concerned for her well-being.

Mum Crystal Hay told Daily Mail Australia that Chanella’s disappearance is “completely out of character”. Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Ms Hay sent a message to Chanella as she pleads with anyone who knows where her daughter is to help bring her home. “Me, your brother and your sister haven’t stopped crying and we haven’t stopped looking for you,” Hay said. ‘We will never stop searching. “Don’t let adults fool you into believing that you are safe and better off anywhere than with your family or living in the home where you belong.” Chanella is described as blonde, Caucasian in appearance and about 160cm tall.
