Caroline Kawa, popularly known as Care Failure from the Canadian band Die Mannequin, died today and her death has left everyone shocked. She was the lead vocalist for the Canadian alternative rock band. She had numerous fans around the world who admired her. Fans and friends are mourning the loss of the young musician in an unexpected way. Caroline Slezak Kawa was a Canadian woman born on April 30, 1986. She became the lead vocalist for the Canadian alternative rock band Die Mannequin as “Care Failure”. She was based in Toronto, Canada. Die Mannequin toured Canada several times, opening for Buckcherry, Guns N’ Roses, Marilyn Manson and Sum 41. They have also toured Europe several times, solo and opening for Danko Jones in 2008.
Aside from being a founding member of Die Mannequin “Care Failure” also worked with the Big Dirty Band. She also appeared in the movie “Hard Core Logo 2”. Caroline released her album “Unicorn Streak” in 2007, which is a collection of ten songs from her band. Caroline Kawa of Die Mannequin died on Thursday, March 30, 2023. She was 36 years old at the time of her death. She was about to turn 37 a month later. Unfortunately, fate had something else planned for the talented vocalist.

I saw them many times and of course they filmed the Hard Core 2 logo here in Regina. She was a wonderful human being. She left too soon 🤘🤘,” she wrote. Caroline Slezak Kawa, widely known as Care Failure of Die Mannequin, died suddenly last Thursday. Her death was very unexpected and no cause of death was disclosed at the time of writing this article. She was only 36 years old.
