Andrea Bullo and her Marco Bullo were pronounced dead at the scene yesterday following the crash in Woodland Hills around 9 p.m.

Andrea Bullo was 60 years old while his son, Marco Bullo, was 13.

Lt. Matthew Bielski of the LAPD Valley Traffic Division told KTLA a preliminary investigation suggested Kevin Gonzalez was traveling east on Mulholland Drive when his Toyota Camry collided with a 1960s Mustang.

Both cars immediately caught fire, authorities said, with video from the scene showing a fire in the front of Gonzalez’s Toyota Camry, while the Mustang was engulfed in flames.

Firefighters acted quickly to put out the fire, but it was too late to save the Bullos.
Gonzalez, however, managed to escape from his Toyota Camry and suffered only minor injuries.

He was filmed taking a field sobriety test at the scene.

Police say Gonzalez has now been arrested on two counts of murder and is being held on $4 million bond.
