Andie Rosafort, 31, a married Connecticut lunch lady accused of grooming a 14-year-old boy before sexually assaulting him in her pickup truck, was quiet and dismissive Thursday about the disturbing allegations.
Andie Rosafort, 31, was seen outside her New Fairfield home, carrying a plastic Walmart shopping bag with a box of Peeps on top, and clutching her phone and a pack of Marlboro cigarettes as she walked out of a van. She declined to answer questions about a reported inappropriate relationship with a student at New Fairfield High School. Wearing white sneakers, blue jeans, and a green sweatshirt, Rosafor only showed a small smile when she was asked to comment on her situation.

Accused of grooming a 14-year-old boy before sexually assaulting – Police Investigation Report
The school district filed a report against Rosafort after the father of one of the victim’s friends told administrators that the boy was sexually assaulted at a party on January 13, according to an affidavit obtained by WTNH. According to the police affidavit, a high school student claimed that Rosafort was always talking to the freshmen on social media and allegedly reached out to the victim through Instagram and Snapchat. The victim told police he received a message from her on social media that said, “Want to watch something?” before Rosafort sent him a nude photograph of her. Asked the victim if she sent it by mistake, she said she responded by sending a second nude photo of herself, according to the affidavit.

The boy added that she then asked him for a nude photo of himself, and Rosafort allegedly sent him several nude photos and videos of her. Rosafort also attended the victim’s sporting events and sent him videos of her plays, according to the affidavit. On the night of January 13, police said Rosafort picked up the victim from a party at a friend’s house and had “contact of a sexual nature” with her minor.
Police said they used photo locations to confirm that the victim and Rosafort were in the same location at the time of the alleged assault. A friend of the victim said he seemed uncomfortable after her return, and that they were helping to block Rosafort on social media. Through their investigation, police said, they found explicit content on the teen’s phone of a woman they identified as Rosafort, as well as a shirtless photo of the victim on the phone of the lunch lady. Rosafort turned herself in on February 20 after police issued a warrant for her arrest.
She faces three felony counts, including second-degree sexual assault, enticing a minor by computer to engage in sexual activity, and endangering a minor or endangerment to children. She was released on a $100,000 bond and will appear in court on March 23.
