Adriana Davidson, of Ann Arbor, last contacted her family around 9 a.m. Friday as she was on her way to Pioneer High School, where her friends last saw her two hours later, ClickOnDetroit reported. John Davidson, the last time she heard from her daughter, who they call “Addy,” was when she left to catch a public bus, but she never came back and didn’t respond to her text messages. “Let’s go to what, day 2 now? This is not my daughter,” Davidson told 7 Action News.
After checking with her friends and going to the school to pick her up, her desperate father contacted the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department. Department spokesman Derrick Jackson told the news outlet: “There are definitely some suspicious pieces to this.

Ann Arbor family searching for Adriana Davidson 15-year-old missing since Friday, foul play is suspected
Investigators reviewed surveillance video from the bus and found that Adriana arrived at school on Friday morning but she left shortly thereafter. Friends of hers told the police that she was not feeling well. Another video showed the girl returned to the school around noon but she never went inside, according to the news outlet.
“We have no idea at this point, which is why we are asking for the public’s help,” Jackson said when asked if investigators had any idea where she went. Adriana’s brother, Anthony Lopez, said one of the girl’s best friends told him that she sent him a text. Texts between her and her friend are timestamped at 12:26 p.m. where she had texted my sister saying, ‘Are you straight?’ and then Addy responded by saying, ‘No,'” Lopez told 7 Action News.
When the friend reportedly sent a text message with “Wym,” an abbreviation for “What do you mean?”, Addy never responded. On Friday afternoon, a student found Addy’s cell phone on the school tennis court and gave it to Addy’s best friend, according to the outlet, who said police have the phone.
When I found out that Addy was potentially missing, I knew right away that she didn’t run away. The red flag for me was the phone,” Lopez said. “I know that wherever she is, she’s not there willingly,” she said. Jackson told 7 Action News: “What teenager just walks away and leaves her phone and doesn’t get through to anyone?” On Sunday, the family distributed fliers about the missing girl throughout Ann Arbor.
